Lucy Hau, Managing Director of Prime Search, has over 20 years of work experience in the banking and investment fields, including 16 years with Citibank. Her assignments at Citibank included Treasury, Corporate Banking, and Private Banking. In 1986, she was awarded by Citibank to attend the Executive Program at the University of Southern California.

Lucy had also served as the Head of Business Development of Northeast Asia in Standard Chartered Bank, Hong Kong, overseeing the Private Banking business in Taiwan, Thailand, Philippines, Vancouver, and New York. She had held Vice President positions in Chase Manhattan Bank and Kidder Peabody (now Citigroup), and a General Manager position in Philtrust Finance Ltd, a subsidiary of Philtrust Bank of the Philippines. During her management career with major financial institutions, Lucy was also involved in the recruitment of quality executives.

Prior to establishing Prime Search, Lucy joined J. R. Macdonald & Partners as a recruitment consultant. This experience plus the previous success record in her banking and securities career inspired her to establish Prime Search Ltd. in 1994 to fill the void in recruiting talents for the banking and finance industry.
